Khoi’s Creation began with a simple passion — crafting bread the old-fashioned way, with patience, precision, and heart. What started as a small home project during the quiet mornings of 2021 soon grew into a local favorite at Calgary’s markets.

 

Every loaf tells a story of tradition and care. Using only natural ingredients, long fermentation, and hand-kneading techniques, we honor the art of sourdough baking while adding our own creative touch.

 

From our signature Sourdough Focaccia to rotating seasonal specialties, each piece is baked in small batches to ensure freshness, flavor, and authenticity.
